Design competition TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ScaffFest 2027 · Participation terms
Application
This application is for the ScaffFest design competition, separate from the four build championships. It does not register a six-person build team or confirm acceptance of a design. The organisers will contact applicants about the submission brief, eligibility, technical requirements, judging criteria and deadlines.
Your proposal
Provide accurate contact details and a short description of your proposal. Only submit material you own or have permission to share. Applying does not transfer ownership of your design to ScaffFest. Any public display or use of a design as a competition build requires a separate agreement with its owner.
Technical review
A proposal must meet the published design brief and receive the required technical review before it is used in the event. Acceptance of this application is not a safety approval, engineering certification or permission to construct a scaffold.
Information and contact
You confirm you are authorised to share the application details. They will be used to assess and manage the design application as described in the website privacy notice. Applying does not subscribe you to marketing. Contact: info@scafffest.com.
Changes
The organising team may make reasonable changes to the submission arrangements for safety, legal or essential operational reasons. Applicants will be notified promptly. Material changes will be explained and applicants may withdraw if they cannot accept them. Published judging criteria will not be changed retrospectively for submitted entries without explaining the change and allowing a fair opportunity to respond. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
